Few comes to mind with ours is:
Projector headlights
Leather
Full LCD
Extra chrome
DVD
Rev Cam
Power seats & memory

Not sure about suspension difference or power output though.
I know all models have 2.92 single spinner Diff in the 6L & reason why I binned ours for a HSV shot peened 3.27 LSD one instead. They should of had these as standard works extremely well with the AFM too.

Cheers
MC.

power output is the same, and yeah that list is pretty much spot on for the extra's you get

I know the V gets FE2 but surely its not an $8K option on the std calais, you could get some high grade aftermarket setup for that kind of $$$$$. Anyhow I believe the V is great value for money over the std calais.

VE Calais V
In the series 1 at least, here are the differences;
- Full leather seats, with memory pack. Inlcudes memory seats, mirrors, climate control, stereo.
- Front park assist.
- 18" wheels (up from 17")
- Chrome side mouldings
- Rear seat entertainment (screen DVD etc)
- Upgraded stereo, 11 speakers.

Well it keeps them warm, because they stick out from the car. You know how your ears tend to get cold when its chily out :)

Nah it acts like a demister would on your rear windscreen.
