Caliper new where?

just goes between the caliper and the pad,and the piston and the pad.the bit that broke could of gone anywhere for sure,but mite have got jammed as well.

If it was jammed, you would see the piece in the rubber boot of the caliper piston.....After all that rubber boot is reasonable thick

true,as i have said i the piston was very hard to push back in,so i think it is in need of a reco and it is getting sticky.
