should be running this weekend, only about 1 hr work to go ,ive been to lazy, and this is a big job being first time, but got it worked out ,some things ,in the vids are not explained properly

Yer taken a while been to lazy to work on it but results tomorrow I hope. Can't go rushing these things have to get it right lot more work than changing chains cleaning parts getting tools like flywheel locking tool longer bolt to put harmonic balancer back on new gaskets ect ect

No. It is a bit like COVID19, I don't want to experience the symptoms or cure.
Just been watching your comments and tribulations for interest. Way beyond my pay grade in complexity, knowledge and patience.

well started it to day, ran good for a few mins then stalled, engine light on lol
scan said no 1 plug and no 3 sprayed some contact cleaner into coil pack conections and ran a bit better, but still stalling got it running again and after a while came good thinking been sitting for a while 4 months maybe air in fuel line, I did change injectors,
now battery flat , so that's on charge over night, see what happens tomorrow at least it started lol, happy as

so started it again running smoth then getting code p0016 which is valve timing out of sequence, bank 1 sensor 1 fu . which sensor would that be looking at the engine I want to swap sensors over to check it is maybe a faulty sensor

Bank 1 is the side with cylinder 1. Drivers side for a VZ V6
