Cam in LS1 - big improvements?

hi stall question

hi there just after a quick answer, i need a converter for my ls1 vxss have a 228 cam fitted and have been told i need a converter also 3.73 gears are been fitted ,what brand of converters do really work and what size would you recomond.I was thinking a 2800-3200rpm lock-up with a STR ratio of 2.10, what do you think would work?cheers

i got around a 50rwkw gain making 270rwkw and 12.6 down da 1/4

i think its a good bang for buck mod... if u got the $$$ then ur stupid not to
