its not really the camera body that makes the shot. the better the lens the better the shot. The lens is what gives it the clarity and that is what usually costs the most.
I would disagree, it's a combination of the two.

I agree with AirStrike on this one,

The camera has to feel right in your hands, Otherwise you will never get that shot you are after. It becomes another part of your body.

Well the one i got has an 18-55mm lens and a 55-250mm lens

Yes but what has been said is that the end result photo relies more on the glass than the body, when you take user skill out of it. Which is true. A great sensor can't remove the effects of soft glass, and even the cheapest sensor is more than capable of catching a brilliant photo.

You're not wrong. I spent $1,600 on a 300mm F4L IS today lol. Hope it was worth it :unsure:

550D With 18-55mm lens and 55-250mm Lens. Got a lens hood coming for the 55-255 also but will look into other stuff once i get the hang of it.

I have a Canon 50D with 24/105 F/4L IS and can't fault it. I have dragged it all over the world and taken some awesome shots. Before that I had a Canon 350D and thought it was fantastic. At six years old, the camera is still going strong with my mate in the Netherlands.
