Can a ve V8 commordore tailshaft coupling be bolted to a V6 rear diff

Ve commordore 2010
Doing a ve conversion chasing the following info if anyone has done it Can a ve V8 commordore tailshaft coupling be bolted to a V6 rear diff or can the V8 tailshaft bolt straight onto the V6 rear diff

Only if you change the flange on the diff.

Therefore the V8 tailshaft should bolt up to the diff with the correct coupling
Nope, because the flange is different. You need to change the diff flange to a V8 one.
