In this day and age, the man wants a sex change so goes to the doc...
During part way through the procedure, there should be both a man and a woman at the same time (presumption cause i don't know and wont google such)...
After the procedure there is only a woman left as the man of old is dead.
But if the man is late to the surgury, it's postponed meaning the woman is dead (until round 2) ...

Hahaha, what has the world become when such is the stuff of jokes and puzzles?

So lets go for kideny transplant (surgon/patient self explanatory) or jilted lover (who says to her man that she'll jump off the bridge unless he turns up and proclaims his love for her)... Both these are infinately more plausable than a sex change and crazy timing
