Cas?

hi guys
Well a few weeks back i changed water pumps and broke a bolt, the only way to get this bolt out was to remove timing case. witch i did, but after putting it back to gether my car runs roof onces it gets warm and has noise like a stickey lifeter coming from the balancer, would my cas and ballencer need to be replaced?

oh yeh and the engine light doesn't come on

also how much do you guys pay for balencer and cas??
