Doesn't the service manual tell you how much oil it takes?

The owner's manual says refer to your Holden dealer. I'm currently searching the service manual I linked, like I said it's a huge document haha.

Just fill it until it runs out the top hole that's what I do. The Penrite GL4 comes in 2.5L bottles so you will need two bottles regardless.

Yeah ok now I'm confused. M10 fitted in 06. Well they weren't using TR6060's back then that's for sure.

M10 is the Holden option code for the 6sp T56

Interesting. There is no code for the 6060? There seems to be a lot of conflicting information. The bloke near work who has built a few of these told me I have a 6060, because I tried telling him early on I had a 56. Plenty of information on the Net like I posted suggests I have a 6060, yet what you have presented says 56. Mine certainly has every annoying characteristic of the 6060. Although I'm not sure if the 56 had the same annoying little problems? Might need to dealve into this a bit more, just not sure how. The sticker on the trans doesn't come up. And the mysterious ID plate I've been told to look for doesn't exist on my trans.
