ive got a 1997 vt berlina sedan, and i plan on putting the loom for the electric windows in. The wireing loom i want to put in is out of my vt s-pak which i crashed a while back.

I plan on just swapping the doors from my spack to the berlina, but ive been told that the whole loom would need replacing ?

ive also heard that a series 1 loom is different to the series 2, and wont work?:bang:

can anyone fill me in ??

thanks

The door connectors between a series 1 & 2 are different, You have to pull the connector out from the pillar to have a look at its shape for comparison to the s-pack. Secondly the rear loom would plug into your berlina bcm, but side airbags, pre-tensioners & power seats also are part of the same loom.
Good luck.

ok

so now ive found out the car isnt a berlina, its an executive.

what will need to be changed from the spack to the executive to get the power seats, windows, mirrors, and airbag ?

will the whole loom need replacing ?

what is a rough labor cost ??

cheers
