Has anybody used the g force 9" diff kit (VT - VZ (GTO) 9" Kit - VCM Performance Online Store). Worth the 5.5k or is there something as good for cheaper eg. truetrack/kazz and harrop cover.

Finerly orderd a true track and harrop cover but cant decide on the gears either 3.9s or 4.1s. I no theres heeps of threads on it already but can people say what they have and the pros and cons about it. Actives said 1500 to fit true track and supply and fit gears/bearings is this decent? They pretty much said no to doing 4.1s they didnt like them at all. Let us no what u think

You've got enough power to turn the wheels with 3.9's. Go with that or you'll just end up making 1st more useless and running out of gear in the top end. If you didn't have boost I'd be saying go 4.11's, but you do. The more power you have, the less gear you need. That price is decent for supply and fit.

4.11 gears are pointless in your car mate. They are good for lighting tyres in 1st. You will have no issues with that already so it will just make 1st short. 3.9 gears are what you want and personally, if I had your car I would keep 3.9 gears in it as you still keep the epic launch torque, don't have to egg beater your way though the gears every time you take off and retain great feuding rpm and fuel.

3.9s it is. Cheers for that Jest and Nemesis 3.9s would be good enough with the torque its already got. The main reason im changing them is because it gets very cammy in traffic and i cant use 6th gear on hiway. Going to be a tire fryer with the 3.9s. Cant wait:yeah:

Nah not inc supply true track just fit true track gears and supply gears. Nah no more pics but i can take more. any part of it do u want the pic of

You could do better then $1500 me thinks. The gears are $450ish.

So they are charging $1000 for bearings etc and labour.

Just picks of the quick connectors u used etc.
