code 76 air fuel ratio left right difference,

Has anyone fixed or remedied this issue. Does not appear to be affecting performance. Drive train fault light flickered on briefly.

Can be vac leaks , plug not in tight enough, plugs, coils not firing correctly, o2 sensors , stuck pcv valve , gasket leaks...
ive chased that one for a while now too.
