cracked pacemaker extractors

hey guys just wondering if anyone knows if a crack in a set of pacemaker extractors can be welded i just bought them yesterday cleaned them up and noticed there is a crack in the passenger side any ideas on price to get something like that fixed its in an open spot too so not hard to get too cheers guys

Yeah mate they will be able to be welded. Just take it to a local exhaust shop & they should be able to help you with it.
Not sure what it will cost as that is up to them/how big the crack is.

its about 10cm long and its in an open spot so not a hassle to reach and its not like a big split its just like a hairline crack.

If you walk in with the pipe in your hands they might not even charge you, or ask for $10-20 tops for it.

Its not in the car ive pulled them out and gave them a clean with a wire brush on an angle grinder so i just need to walk them in when i get a day off work

Find a performance shop that makes their own headers from scratch or a shop that can TIG weld
If it's not done properly it might split again beside the repair weld edge

Also tell them you don't need a receipt for the work done . Might get it cheaper for a cashy

Walk in with the header in 1 hand and a slab under the other arm
Ask "Do you work for beer?" (make sure it's a friday afternoon)
