Do you have the bumper radiator and stuff off the car and irking that way or from the top ?

That's why I always leave the bolt in wile pulling the balancer off surely someone in your area will be able to get it out.

can u post a photo of the crank so we can see if it's salvagable or not?
Might be a way to get it out without going to extremes.

yeah mate ill post one in the morning. i have tried everything to get it out, i just thought it might be easier to get it out while it is out of the engine bay etc. get a proper weld in there with a decent bolt and smack it out or something

Big drift and even bigger hammer.

But Jxw has a very valid point.

I'd try to get hold of the big ezyout or lh thread bolt that fits in there.... If i had the correct tap then i'd try a cold chisel on it to try collapse it and then run the tap through to clean up the thread.

As Jxw said, and I'd also try a butane gas torch or some heating method to heat the end of crankshaft.

Heat, bash and remove.

Yeah i was thinking the easy out but i was more heading towards a bolt but in lismore there is none big enough here.thats why i tried welding a nut in there as you can see, then get a bolt to fit and long enough and try smacking it out, but it's really hard to weld without welding over the thread of the nut

yeah K-BAGZ i thought of this but wouldnt have a clue how to use it nor where to get one.
