Well, I'm, back to my earlier statement, bit of a storm in a tea cup. A bit windier than usual but that is about it really.

Hopefully some of the farmers got the rain they were hoping for/needing for those sun parched pastures.

Here in the Manawatu it is blowing reasonably strong, we traditionally get stronger winds during the equinox than what we are getting atm courtesy of lussi, and had about 1mm of rain.

Well, we had a tragedy, one of the cats was outside in the storm and got a little wet, luckily she is now inside recovering from the ordeal.

In all seriousness it was goods to get some rain, but not really worse than the wind we had beginning if Feb.
