Diff Oil

Hey all, just wanna do a oil change in my diff cause I hav a track day:yeah::driving: coming up,but I don't know what to use!?What do you guys use?
And what is this carbon stuff thingy in diff

Car is 08 R8 has std hsv 3.27:1 lsd

got my oil from amcap it's called LS140 by AC Delco $39.95 for 4lt....sounds good ta me :rockon:
