Door replacement

hey just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a thread online that shows how I can replace a driver side door for a VE commodore. Went full retard this morning and over extended the door and crushed the side near the outside handle. Only damage to the door and have sorted a new one with a wreckers but can't find anywhere that shows how to replace the entire door.
