Vy Commodore exterior door handle

Hi. I cannot open my drives side door from the outside or inside of my vy commodore. I think the pins came out of locking mechanism. Is their a way to open my door without destroying anything? Can I use flat head screw driver to lever out exterior door handle?

Key didn't open it either. Thanks for reply but I don't know how but window has put the exterior door link back in its place.

The key may seem to be stuck however they all do that and with some force the key will turn.

Before you do anything else remove the door trim and see what the problem is, and fix it before it happens again.
