Door speaker covers

Has anyone replaced the door speaker covers, mine are damaged.
I've had a quick look at them & it appears they could possibly be removed from actual door panel. But without possibly causing more damage l don't want attempt it.
Any ideas, other than the obvious, replacing the door panel.

Yes it can be done.
The door trim (panel) has to come of. One screw & six clips.
This is of a vt. Yours will be the same or very similar.

No. It is a spare that l have. It is just laying around & easy to get to.

Thanks for advise Lex. Replaced the damaged ones & have spares. Got them from my bosses car graveyard
