ok sounds abit wanky i know but i want to install rainbow downlights into the rear pillars of my car and mould them to a nice angle.
i know i can get 12v rainbow downlights and what not, im just wondering if anyone has seen this done or done it before and could tell me a couple of things to watch out for or for a few tips on doing it.
any advice or criticism is welcome.
cheers

downlights are fairly deep, and the little 12v hologen ones are fairly fragile, i can get much slimmer ones in led, and remember, wanky today is tacky tomorrow,

12v downlights get EXTREMLEY hot, and actully draw alot of current. so

- Use your own wiring/upgrade factory wiring to thicker stuff
- Make sure its not mounted to a pannel with the faom sound deadning or anything behind it to catch on fire.
