Hello everybody
I've an issue with my vy berlina - the drivers side rear door will not open. The lock doesn't operate when unlocking or locking - it simply moves freely and when I move it I can hear a noise from the latch edge of the door like it isn't attached to anything. When using the door handles I can hear similar noises from close to where the latch is also - it seems like a brake on the latch itself and with the door closed I can't take the door skin off to investigate. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
