E-flex fuel - check engine

Hi all, I filled my SII with e-flex yesterday, drove the 20k home all good, then on the way to work this morning the check engine came up on the dash....:(


just wondering if any one else has had the same prob?

i thought the sidi's cant run of flex fuel yet

the holden web site says recomended fuels are E10, E85, ULP or PULP

dont trust the website,look in your manual, and inside fuel flap, mine says 3.0l & 6.0l e85 suitable but the 3.6l is e10 suitable.

The MY12 SV6's can. I'd have e85 in mine but don't have any around here yet..

Yeah, the MY12 can 3.6lt can take E85........if you can find it..........

Ok so I have just had a look at the handbook and it says E10...... Other than the handbook, Holden are not to clear on the matter on there web site.....

Next question, does any one know if it will be safe to run this E85 through then get Holden to clear the fault or should I drain it and the clear the fault?
