Hello All.

After much drooling over Hozy's 540 and always wanting an M5 I decided to get the next best thing. I actually got this just before xmas and have only just had time to get it out for some quick pics (yes I know it is a little dirty). I will let the pics tell the story.

Plans are to give it a good service, change the rocker cover gaskets and paint the rockers and do a few audio upgrades.

Headlights & Tails looks like they are DEPO's

Bumpers look like reproductions as well from how they line up.

My Bimmer = BW72709

Yours = BW72774

Basically, Our cars were born 1 1/2 weeks apart.

Hey Hozy, thanks for the info, amazing ours are so close. I talked him down a little and probably paid more than I should have.
Thing is I love everything in the car, the black leather seats/dash,sunroof, the wheels and the m steering wheel and shifter as well as the kit.
All the other 540's had none of this on carsales for not alot less, and I would have paid more for mods in the end.

The crappy thing about getting the car is that the fuel pump gave up on the way home which was a pretty expensive exercise to get it home.
I still have to put it over the pits (it had a nsw rego inspection before I got it), but I think it will do fine.

Well, My car is originally from NSW. Possibly even the same dealer, I have the original paperwork still.
