Ecotec oil spring

I have tried to find this in the search bar but failed to find the info on it

I have read that its ideal to upgrade on the buick to the ecotec oil spring so i have purshased the spring just unsure how to install it (keep in mind im a girl learning as i go) but getting there check out my engine i have done all on my lonsome..

so if any one can give me some pointers be appreciated ..

Are you talking about the oil pressure relief spring in the oil pump?

Look in the how to section, there should be a tutorial about taking the oil pressure relief spring out and checking it, everything you need will be in there...


I'd post the link, but to be honest I'm lazy and don't want to do all the work
