face it old school cars will always look better than new age remakes

they really need to put effort into remakes, not just add a chrome stip and a new bumper. Make them special. Need I not bring up the VS SLR5000 :(

Off topic a bit, but that's an interesting thought. Could the SLR5000/A9X/L34 ever be revived as a retro, like the Camaro or Mustang have been? Wonder what they would look like?

The closest we got was the Torana concept a few years back to warm up the public to the new VE styling. The GFC killed any glimmer of hope that concept could ever be bought to market. The idea of a 1200kg RWD small/medium sedan is very appealing to me but I cant' see it happening any time soon. GM does have a small/medium RWD Alpha Platform however Holden have already committed to the Cruze and having the recently announced FWD Malibu, that doesn't leave much room in the product portfolio. The closest you will get is a M3 if you have the dosh.
