Hi need to know how to fix code 12 in vl

code 12 is your AFM circuit. (Air Flow Meter.) so its either your AFM is playing up or its the plug and loom. try clearing your Ecu again and run a second diagnostic test to make sure.

are u having any running issues. u will notice if the AFM is playing up it will run like crap.

So do you mean clear everthing on the ecu but the afm 1 then run second diagnostic and my mate said that his cars running abit rough

no im meaning clear all codes, just in-case they were not cleared once before and are still showing old error messages.

just to make sure it is the AFM circuit.

if it is, try a working afm from a mate first

Hi ive got a 91 vn series 2 v6 i blew my engine and am getting another series 2 out of a vp im using my alternator and coil pack and power steering pump and that, Do i need to re-time the engine when i put it in or can i just hook it all up and go.
