hi Pretender, sorry missed your reply

the pedal stays down for a split second, always seem to happen when its wet, or hitting bumps..happens,even if ive taken my foot off pedal.
have had it checked out by 2 auto electricians ,but recently found out that both my front radius rod bushes broken/cracked.maybe thats contributing?
throwing sensors off?

Sounds more like a throttle cable problem, that is binding in the protective plastic casing and therefore as you press down the wires have broken and are binding in the casing. If you remove your throttle cable and work the butterfly on the throttle body by hand and it moves freely with no binding then the problem is in the cable. If not and the throttle butterfly sticks inside the throttle body then the unit itself is faulty. Was a common problem on old VN's with a warped throttle body and I have changed many of them due to this problem.

yep....good old traction control...it will depress and push back at you
always happens on my clubby but thats due to the owner and his heavy foot at times :whistling

yeah just have to accept it or hit that traction control button to turn it off but you better have some good car control skills with the v8 under your right foot ;)

although the accelerator depresses it doesnt actually accelerate the car so its all good
