Fan to my feet not working in my VE ute??

Hi guys!! My fan/heater won't direct air to my feet for some reason, I have pulled of the lower panel and all the ducting is attached but for some reason not working. Any idea's? Thanks

yea selector valve jammed or stuffed , or split vacuum hose

Cheers, where abouts would I locate the selector valve to check it out?

they usually behind the center console on the side , but i'm not sure of ve , I think its called an actuator , maybe just blocked , its easy to find
does it change or is the air flowing some ware else , the flap could be stuck
