What do you mean I'm on the Holden defensive brain washed? (Which doesn't seem to make sense) From the sounds of it you're the one that's brain washed mate. If you love German engineering so much, buy a BMW or something.

Brain washing doesn't come in to it when you can see the difference in engineering standards for yourself
Anyway enough said holdens are crap so are fords no comparison same **** different bucket

Guess it's like buying an executive or buying a calais statesman or hsv
You can see the improvement's and you happily pay more for them
What i am trying to say is that when it comes to the mechanicals the same applies to me i can see the difference
Parts cost are equivalent if you know where to buy them

i serously carnt see the value of the auto maker who make's cars reliant on marque's
piston engine's are approching 100 years old, both 2,3,4,5 valve and VVt and or cam phaseing is older than me,
and i'v been called old fart, fossil, old c**t, and just grand dad.

Nice cars, no doubt about it, the OP didn't ask about them, he said would you buy a FORD over a HOLDEN, that's it. Not 'is the Holden the best car in the world?' I would honestly love to see one person on here actually believe that if they write it.
