front strut mount condition on ve

was going to lower my ve commodore ute with 130000km on it but heard the front top mounts need to be replaced if they are to high in the engine bay
does any one know if theses need replacing

ok thank you is there any in the rear i have to replace as well and can i just buy mounts and bearings of ebay for $40 because reptco ones are like $120 each

none in rear
i personally only use KYB
KSM7145 to suit VE $45 ea

but others use po;yfast? spell?
hope you have a quality set of spring compressors

Grab new struts too. Don't use your old ones, they will be worn out.

There is a top bush on the rears too that will need replacing. Grab bump stops and boots as well as the lot will be buggard or close to it.

Whatever you do don’t buy Machter ones or you’ll be changing them out again in another six months. Ask me how I know.
