Welcome to Just Commodores, a site specifically designed for all people who share the same passion as yourself.
Pretty much all aftermarket mods claim more power gain than the quarter-mile improvements would indicate … it’s pretty standard to over-claim, and in fact it’s effectively expected.Looked at a few of their videos and hp gains they mention on their website for the V6s and whilst I know all dynos read different their figures seem way over the top. Well over 300 rwhp on V6s with only minor to moderate work done, I don't believe it. Also bags out the opposition and they don't do dyno runs prior to their tuning for some bizarre excuse yet the cars make amazing hp after their tune. Sounds fishy to me.
It's a shame though, whatever happened to good old honesty in business. Plenty of unscrupulous people out there who would screw you over without losing sleep over it. Even with all the regulation we have here and a major shift in being sustainable, good to the environment and with consumers being more interested in being consumers of organisations that place social and employee welfare, scruples and ethics at the forefront of their dealings there is still plenty of the lowest common denominator out there being bottom feeders.Pretty much all aftermarket mods claim more power gain than the quarter-mile improvements would indicate … it’s pretty standard to over-claim, and in fact it’s effectively expected.
