Still haven't got this thing going yet, i pulled the boat out after having it stored and a lot of the glue has come undone. I'm going to have it repaired when i get my tax return and hopefully not long after it will get it's maiden voyage. I'm predicting either 70km/h plus, or the transom coming off and losing the motor and trying to row back with one plastic oar....

30HP on a boat weighing the same as a packet of chips - I reckon you're not far off 70 on good water.
