Good fishing spots

Just use the lightest sinker you can that will get your bait out to where you want it, and hold it there. If you are in deep water and trying to fish the bottom in fast current you need a heavy sinker, but if its shallow anid calm fish light or no weight.
You catch pilchards ? Tried them live or with gang hooks ?

I always use chicken breasts dipped in Parmesan cheese.

It's never let me down, in terms of bream, whiting, snapper. Flatties don't like it as much but I love fighting the snappers.

Best bait for a flatty is a strip of fresh flatty.

Yes chicken works i have used thigh fillet with cheese.........., so does cheap steak cut into strips.They work well when the water is dirty after rain etc cos the cheese stinks

Is it just me or has this been the worst summer fishing in Sydney for a loooooooong time?
I was throwing unweighted pilchards off the rocks on the weekend and never even had a proper bite!

The best fishing spots are the ones you find yourself that you dont tell anyone about

Ive got a nice little spot up here in newy that I get a few nice kingers from on an occasional basis
