So going by that page Mace is no longer a sponsor either?!
Mace is listed in sponsors section (despite and strangely not being in your snapshot) but Brakes Direct are not.

Yep. Take the calipers off and hang out of the way, remove/replace rotors, fit new pads in calipers (might need a clamp to push the pistons back), refit caliper. Check youtube. Heaps of vids.

Yup, just more concerned about bleeding the brakes and not overflowing the brake fluid in the reservoir while doing so.

Just keep your eye on the level. You can use a big syringe to suck out excess from master cyl or what I do is loosen the bleed nipple as I compress the piston so the old fluid is pushed out the nipple as piston slides back rather than back up to the master.
This way half the job of flushing / bleeding the brakes is done by the time you've replaced the pads.

Take cap off res and push them back one side at a time keeping an eye on it. It should be fine mate. No need to bleed if you dont open the nipples.
