did mine not to long ago, did it by using the following steps
1. start car
2. remove fuel pump fuse, and run untill stalls
3. try to start again, making sure it wont start
4. with a breaker bar and socket to fix, attatch the socket and bar to hb and give a crank, no-more than 1 full turn of motor, in other words, a quick hit with it so it tries to crank.
5. that losens of the bolt, i undid it in stages, undid the entire bolt, removed it, and put it back in half way, used a puller to remove the ballancer, and undid it some more, and puller again, did that step untill it was off.
6. changed it over, did it back up, and put on the belts again.
7. as for tighting, i didnt worry, it is a backwards thred, so when the motor is running, it will tighen the ballencer,
it also has a key guide, that is the sucky part, hence why you need the puller
cheers
