Nothing to do with the power coming from the engine - it's related to the frequency (sound wave) of the exhaust..

..But no, can't answer your question sorry.
Ah damn...oh well the guys at the muffler shop are gonna take a guess....apparently I am their guinea pig

I have seen ones on eBay without the j pipe. Anyone tried these? I'm looking to get some. Not sure whether with or without j pipes makes much difference

Well I bought them for my e3 Maloo (manual)
And I'm very happy with them. Bang for buck is great. Sounds like a v8 now. I know a full exhaust would sound better and give power gains aswell, and I will go that route in a while. For now I'm happy with the j pipes

Ve v6 omega 2008 3.6l
CPR6 MANIFOLD
MACE MANIFOLD INSULATORS
AIRHAMMER
UNDER DRIVE PULLEYS AND BALANCER
PACEMAKERS AND XFORCE 2.25 ( HAD THE J PIPES FITTED AS MENTIONED TO GET RID OF DRONE )
also put HSV gts staggered rims and pirelli tyres
it goes hard for a v6 but of course not like a 6.0 .............it does give em a shock though especially the 5.7L

Understood this all except your airhammer part the **** is this?
