I've installed the aerpro facia kit in my 2006 ve commodore not sure if that's contributed to the problem, but when I put the heater on it just blows cold air, the ac works fine andalso the windscreen demister, is just really annoying I can't get any heat, just wondering if anyone has experienced this problem if so please let me know and some possible things to check for?

What happens when you turn the heat knob up?

The door for the heater isn’t opening. As above, or you coincidentally have a failed actuator for the heater door/flap in the HVAC.

Getting to the actuator is the last thing to try as it's a big job. What have you tried so far?

If there is one thing I’ve learned from all these “I bought an Aerpro facia kit” threads its that I’m not ever buying an Aerpro facia kit!

They are a good unit. Occasionally they play up. It's seems to be early after the install they can give some grief. But the issues can be sorted often easily, yet people go on about it and blame the Aerpro and bag it out.
Personally I'd rather have an Aerpro even if it played up a couple of times a years than that that outdated POS head unit the VE comes with.
