HELP air-con drain pipe blocked

Looks like I may have found, lol like finding the hole for the first. Anyway is this the drain, if so how do I unblock it

Looks totally different to my original pic that I posted showing the removable plug on my VR.
Use a large cable tie and push down the drain from above or
up from below.

Yeah mine is a V8 SS, although the 3.8 and the 5.0 may differ
