HELP auto box removal

Hi just wondering if anyone has done a how to on how to remove an auto gearbox from a VY SS ive messed around manuals before but never these autos, any help is muchly appreciated just want to know what little tricks and stuff people have cheers.

You could drain the trsns of fluid, but still expect heaps to drain out when you tilt it the wrong way. Plus plenty extra in the torque convertor as well.
