help Dead ECU !!! no spark!!!

Hey ALL! purchased a VL ROYALE for a couple hundred thats been sitting for ages

and so far ive changed all the spark plugs new fuilds and flushes
how ever on closer inspection the ECU lights on diagnostic or run , do not emmit any light,
i have had a second ECU plugged in and same result, dead led lights and no spark
and with my multi meter could not find any live wires +12v in the ecu plugs .. hmmmmm
im begging to wonder if it has an issue with the loom as all the fuses / relays all seem to be working ( tested with multi meter )
and i have power on the to red wires under the fuses to feed the power to the fuse box ..

ive also got a fuel cell in the boot with a rb25 fuel pump will that be enough preasure for the fuel rail , the return line is cycling back into the cell
