Wow... You've done something haha.
Sounds like you've done something to the dash in regards to a bad ground and scared the crap out of your ECU.
I'm assuming you've tried resetting the ECU?
When I had a bad ground, I got all weird errors. Service error, gauges going haywire.
Can't really suggest where to start looking though

Yeah I have already tested rhe alternator and battery and looks as though its still charging

No they didnt start as soon as I cut it and I did not cut it to far back but I dint have the plug to see what to do

did u insulate the end of the wires or are they just sitting there bare and possibly touching one another

Did you disconnect the battery when doing all this wire cutting etc?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 15min since the issues started?

Its all fixed now but I had to cut the head unit out
