Help, ve calais chattering noise when let off accelerator

My car is a ve calais (LFX engine)

I have the issue of when I let off the accelerator slightly there is a chattering noise coming from under the hood, It also happens for a few seconds when the car is warm and gets started again.

The idle is rough and noisier than usual but I have taken off and cleaned the throttle body already so i'm out of thoughts to what it is

Any ideas help!
