High flow cats

just rang the dude that done it he said he would of put an x pipe on it he wouldnt of not put one on becuase its a stupid thing to do not putting one in and washed my car yesterday cleaned out the exhuast and now it sounds the way it did when i first got it so dont need to do anything to it. But to make sure i have the X pipe he said bring it in and we will put it up and have a look so ill do that just in case

How did you "clean out" the exhaust?

with a scubber on a stick u no what im talking about and use water alot of black **** in there i must say

How can cleaning the tail pipe make it quieter? Weren't you saying it was too loud?

My exhaust sounded tinny untill it sooted up but that was on a v8

yeah it is loud i said it sounds better not quieter lol and i was bored i spent half of my day yesterday cleaning my car servicing ect. only thing i havent done is cleaned my windows but dont ahve paper towel so cbf.

JARP: doesnt everything deserve that kind of treatment lol, it was for something to do couldnt hurt giving it a go although after i did it white smoke came out lol but she all good now

Over in New Zealand , it is quite legal to remove the cats , provided the car was first registered before 2010 , this is what I had done to my VX Equipe when the
headers were fitted , which flow into a 2.5inch Y pipe into a 2.5 inch sports system.
