The horn on the VS will only work when the steering wheel is turned? When the steering wheel is in normal position (straight) it doesn’t work.

x2 this seems to be the most common reason the horn doesn't work.

Put some solder on the brass button and it is working again. It was worn and not contacting when the steering wheel was straight. Couldnt get steering wheel off so i undone the column covers and went in from there.
