How do I tell if I have fe2 suspension

Im unsure myself if my VS has FE2 you can defintly feel it when you drive over non surfaced roads, gravel etc. does appear lower will have to look in the bay. Im just wandering if they come with that or its been modded to it?

You can also tell by the ride height, if someone else has fitted genuine FE2 springs to a car that had STD springs. As far as I understand STD the back will sit a bit higher than the front where as FE2 the car will be lower at the front by about an inch and will also sit almost level. You can measure this using a tape measure at the front and back of the sill panels to ground.
My cousin has a VX S with FE2 and it sits about an inch lower at the front and almost level compared to my VY with STD which is higher all round wih the back higher than the front.

I just brought a 2012 ve ex chaser that had fe2 fitted it handles like its on rails fe2 is one of the best suspension upgrades out there sitting on 20s makes it an awesome looking sweet cruiser/everyday driver

resurrecting this thread...again.

Just went to the dealership to get fe2 front struts and they brought out a Monroe strut that says GM with a GM part number (92199786 for the right hand side strut).
What gives?

So Holden FE2 struts are actually Monroe??
