how rice are neons?

was wondering on the general feeling of neons as i believe they are as rice as u can get apart from racing wings on hyundai excels. lol. wot does the general community fell about undercar neons?

I think that the led type under car lights are better as you can have them change colour and stuff. My cousin has them on his Calibra they look cool.

Muzza = Mario, someone of Italian origin.. stereotypical trait of the ethnicity? I'm not 100% but that's what I believe it is lol

Lights under the car.. depends on the car, if it's stock as a rock, no engine work, no body mods then I guess it could be ricey but if the cars heavily modded and it suits the car then it's all good

in my opinion, i dont like under-car neons, but in-car ones i do like, like under your feet for example.

but i still think anything that became popular through fast and the furious is out of bounds for holden drivers

IMO under car neons are fine- provided they are on a show car and used in shows. Not so cool on a bog stock car doing laps around maccas car park.
