i think he's talking about the kickback delay when your say doing 60 and want to power it up to say 80 or 100, the car will, as stock, "think" about it for a second or two, shift down one, then let it fly, i assume he wants to remove the delay, which Cizocizo has mentioned, a shift kit will do what he's after.

....i think.

Yep, shift kit for sure. Maybe start with a stage 1, as snapping diffs is not a happy thing.

I just put a Corvette servo in my V8 VP last weekend and it has transformed the whole car.

Flooring it from standstill will now light up the rears, and changing from 1st to 2nd has gone from a strained, 1 second slip to a chirp. In addition, the change in all the other gears has also stiffened considerable. The car now goes like it has purpose.

All this for $60 and an hour to install. Best bang for bucks I have spent so far on tha car.

CATCH! :D

If you want responsivness from a stand still you would be looking more at dif gears not trans mods. A shift kit aint going to help it off the line, as you dont need to shift:rice:

go stage 2, as soon as you touch the pedal when driving, drops down and instant power!! theres nothing quite like it boys!!!
dunno what stage 1 feels like, but 2 is firm enough to get a great ride and response
yet easy enough for everyday driving

Will these kits cause excessive wear on the transmission or extend its life? :whistling
