How to remove power mirror switch

Hey there. Have an issue with the power mirror switch not working properly. Now I know you have to get the whole lot but just wondering if it's a simple case of pull old one out put new one in or do you have to pull trim off to swap it over.

If its for a VE (I'm not sure as you have other models listed on your ride) lift up the centre gear surround by the cup holder end, it just clips in. Disconnect the wires underneath and the ones to the sports/traction control button. You will see the holding tabs underneath to pop the window/mirror switch out of the gear surround. Disconnecting the plugs are the worst part.

Yeah VE. Sweet sounds simple enough. I have all the trim tools so should be good.
