Hey all, some help would be great. My ignition barrel **** itself completely so I have had to get a complete steering column as the key wont turn at all. I have tried all the ways I could find to loosen it enough to turn it to accessories to be able to take it our but it wont budge. My question is how the heck do I take the column out to replace it. Any pics as well would help heaps as my hubby is about to lose it if he cant get it done. I really need it done so help in the next day or so would be so appreciated.

Cheers in advance

Spray it with heaps of silicon spray first and then see if the key will work. Don't use graphite in these when they are getting on, it just jams them up if you use too much.

Hi, we have tried that and everything else. We have turned the steering wheel while turning the key, jiggled the key in every direction and even tried to break the steering pins (from what I was able to find on google) but nothing worked.
