yea mate i had the same thing with a dealer telling me that a car was immaculate over the phone. went to look at a VS ute before i bought my current one, dealer told me it had immaculate interior over the phone, got there to have a look and it looked like a bomb had gone off inside the car. guess you can only trust your own two eyes on things like this haha.
